[ Recently Bass requested some important information. Who... is the strongest Cybertronian on this ship. He received a hot tip that it was 'Shockwave' but also 'not the Senator one'. There were a few thoughts that went through his processor. One... it was really dumb that there were two people here with the SAME NAME. It must get confusing! Two, while he does (surprisingly) know what a Senator is, he has no idea what a Senator looks like. Do they wear signs? Bass guesses probably not.

This leads him to one conclusion: He has to fight BOTH of them to make sure he's actually fighting the strong one.

This leads him to a second conclusion: He has no idea where Shockwave lives. He could ask for direction, ask if anyone knows... but that begs the question... If they know how strong Bass is will they even tell the truth?

There is now one solution: He has to canvas the ship himself and check every inhabited room he comes across.

So there's the backstory. And that's why Bass, armored up in his winged Treble armor (being able to fly covers ground quicker!) is pounding aggressively at your door.

Rodimus grumbles at the pounding of his door, mutters quite a few choice swears on his way over, and opens it. He cocks out a hip and arches a brow as he looks down and down.

Ah. It's one of them robot masters.

"Sup, kid. Can I help you?"

"My name isn't KID, it's BASS!" his wings flare dramatically, a threat display even. It might be negated slight due to how... small he is, but he doesn't let that slow him down in the slightest.

"And YOUR NAME!" he points dramatically at the huge flame colored mech. Someone that flashy HAS to be impressive! His quest; is it over? "Is it SHOCKWAVE?!"

Why are the tiny ones always the angriest?

"Nope," he says, popping the p. "Name's Rodimus. Which Shockwave are you looking for? Dunno where either of them are at the moment but I might be able to point you in the right direction."

Why not endorse a little chaos today. He deserves the entertainment. (He can hear Velocity in his head telling him not to but Rodimus was very good at ignoring the advice of his friends.)

The tiniest ones are the angriest because all that rage is condensed. So much concentrated angy in such a small package is a potent force indeed.

"The Not-Senator one! I already found the Senator one and," he just makes a face. It's clear his opinion is not the highest. Maybe it's because he doesn't understand politics.

"No need for directions! I'm searching the ship. He can't evade me forever..."

"Mm, if you're sure. Shockwave's can be crafty and pretty hard to find though." Rodimus smiles a little, amusement practically radiating off of him. "Sorry for the loss of your sanity on meeting the Senator. He's not any better further down his timeline."

He offers the kid a small salute. "Good luck on your search. But uh, if you're gonna fight him, be careful yeah? Fighting's technically against the rules and I'm pretty sure he's got ties to security. And some freaky friends."
